Leshem began as a hill near the town of Alei Zahav, but at Harey Zahav, we recognized its potential—proximity to the center of the country, a pleasant climate, and construction opportunities unavailable in the city. Through a focused and creative campaign, we positioned Leshem as a high-quality alternative to Religious Zionist hubs like Givat Shmuel and Petah Tikva. We offered quality of life, a close-knit community, open landscapes, and accessibility to the country's center — everything young families are looking for. The approach proved successful. In just a decade, 697 housing units were sold in Leshhem. Today, Leshem is a sought-after community within Religious Zionism, and the phrase, "We bought when it was still cheap," has become a status symbol among the town’s first residents.
