Due to High Demand, Harey Zahav Doubles Construction Pace in New Immanuel

Construction in New Immanuel is progressing at an unexpectedly rapid pace: Harey Zahav has doubled the number of workers on its projects. >> At the Hadar Immanuel project, the third floor is already being poured. >> In the Ramat Immanuel project, development work is nearing completion. >> Licensing processes are advancing for no fewer than 11 additional projects currently underway in the city.

Building a New Haredi City: The once-empty lands of Samaria are gradually being covered in gray concrete, wooden scaffolding, and iron frameworks, as thousands of diligent hands reshape the skyline of the latest housing initiative for the Haredi community—New Immanuel.

The vast plots designated for construction will initially accommodate 1,800 housing units. Over the next decade, the city is set to expand to approximately 14,000 new homes, forming the next link in the golden chain of Haredi Jewry in the Land of Israel.

Due to overwhelming demand at the unified registration center run by various construction companies in New Immanuel, Harey Zahav—currently completing the second floor of the Hadar Immanuel project—has begun pouring the third floor. The company has also announced it is doubling the number of workers on-site and significantly accelerating construction.

R’ Moshe Singer, the project manager at Harey Zahav, stated: "In response to rising demand, we have expedited the construction process by recruiting additional workers. As a result, it appears that the delivery date will be even earlier than the timeline originally promised to buyers in the sales contract."
